Clinical Safety and Patient Experience

Program Purpose

The Clinical Safety and Patient Experience team is here to develop respectful partnerships with medical teams, patients and families to promote positive interactions that are timely, consistent, well-coordinated, safe and free from harm.
We are here to partner with SWHR-CIN stakeholders to mitigate risk factors to patients and to the organization by implementing systematic changes for the purpose of ensuring consistent excellence for every patient with every encounter.
Our goals are to ensure the optimal patient experience as identified by our contractual requirements and to transform the way we support care through engagement with our patients and providers by defining what’s important to them.
