The Legal Department has implemented a process to provide timely and efficient review and approval of contracts.
Contracts requiring legal review/approval, will now be submitted by a department representative – Contract Liaison – who serves as the primary point of contact between the business line/department and the Legal Team. Please be sure to work with your designated Contract Liaison who will coordinate contracting requests on your behalf:
- Contracts Liaison provides department with required documentation and submits via email to the contract review inbox on the department’s behalf
- Submissions are routed to the appropriate legal representative for review/approval and final signature.
Please contact the Contract Liaison for your department, for future requests to review net new contracts, amendments, addendums, change orders, NDAs, BAAs, etc.
